OK, stop here. You've heard this a million times, but it's serious. If you don't know what to read, check this out. Brent is walking the youth through the book of ACTS on Wednesday night. He will be doing Acts 4:1-12 this week. If you don't know where to start, read these verses once, or thirty times, before Wednesday night. Circle, highlight, or mark anything you don't get. Then, come here Brent speak on them. If you have questions, ask. Discussion is good. Just read!

OK, now back to my original request for you to read...

Yes, in the Word means you must read your Bible. Until you begin reading and studying what God gave to us as His written Word, you will not be where you need to be spiritually. Instead of being the exciting, adventurous, go anywhere/do anything to win someone for God person that you can be, you'll be miserable. Not being in the Word means you will never feel constant joy from your faith. It means you will be bored with the Christian life. You will not have direction or purpose. Trust me when I say this is NOT what God has planned for us.

His Will for our lives is awesome and amazing. He wants us to live a spectacular life, full of excitement, adventure, passion, joy, and satisfaction. We cannot find His will for us and get to this point, if we do not seek Him out and find out where He is leading us.

Make it a point to be in the WORD everyday!
